Wang, Jiaqi

Jiaqi Wang is a master student in Dairy Science and Technology at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She is currently based at ETH Zürich from June 2025 to complete her master’s thesis. Her academic interests center on the connection between dairy cow nutrition and dairy products quality.

In her current project, she explores the associations between fatty acid profiles in milk, blood, rumen fluid and enteric methane emissions in dairy cows. By applying multivariate data analysis across these biological matrices, her work aims to identify reliable fatty acid biomarkers of methane production and support the development of more accurate methane prediction models for sustainable, climate-smart dairy systems.
